I’ve spent over 10 years as Director of Front-End Development at Millennium Communications, a boutique agency serving clients like JPMorganChase, Bimbo Bakeries, Marriott, and PayPal.
I manage the front-end team from start to finish—handling sales, estimation, client collaboration, and mentoring junior developers. I work with designers to shape achievable solutions and with project managers to plan realistic development timelines. Building a collaborative, fun culture is something I genuinely care about.
I’m also hands-on as lead developer on major projects. I love getting into the code, exploring new technologies, and solving problems alongside the team. Whether it’s React, Node.js, Drupal, or WordPress, I stay technically sharp and lead by example.
